Abstract

Deliverable D2.3 details the work completed in Task 2.5, "PANDORA Embedded Mechanisms to Assess and Demonstrate Progress: Real-Life Trial Cases, KPIs, and Metrics Accounting for Data and Energy Efficiency," supporting the objectives of WP2. The main focus areas of the document are: • defining experimental protocols for each use case, providing an overview of existingsystems and data in each pilot case, identifying gaps, collecting user requirements, andaligning use cases with PANDORA strategies,• establishing the PANDORA experimentation process, which follows an iterative approachcomprising two definition phases and two operational phases, enabling continuousrefinement and alignment with evolving project requirements and goals,• developing the Verification and Validation (V&V) methodology, which outlines systematicprocesses for assessing technical and business requirements, using specific V&Vvariables as measurable criteria to evaluate the performance and alignment of PANDORA technologies with end-user needs and project goals, • compiling and organizing all PANDORA KPIs, including those defined in the GrantAgreement (GA) and additional KPIs identified during the use case design phase, into astructured framework to facilitate easy tracking and monitoring of project progress. The overall assessment of PANDORA outcomes will be an ongoing process aligned with projectprogress. This evaluation will utilize the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Results (KRs)outlined in the Grant Agreement (GA) and V&V variables outlined in Sections 6.1 and 6.2. Thesemetrics will be continuously monitored and updated within Task 6.3.
