Abstract

This document is the terminal, audit-ready proof map for the CDIP v1.1 Spectral Rigidity Track (SR) in Form S. It defines a fully closed gate pipeline with a constant-audited ledger and an explicit threshold interface:SR-M0 → SR-M-LEDGER++ → SR-ERR++ → SR-CHI → SR-BC→ SR-UNIF → SR-HOLE♯ → SR-11 → SR-8.The SR-11 theorem reduces RH-tail exclusion to (i) verifying gate premises, (ii) computing an explicit T , and (iii) scanning the finite height interval [0, T ]. Optional SR-9 provides a counterexample-class closure map.
