Neurogenomic Profile of an Ultra-Rare Human Genome: A Case Study in Cognitive Adaptation
Abstract
This 90-page cognitive and neurological health report was generated using my whole genome sequencing (WGS) data, analyzed through Sequencing.com’s Genome Explorer Premium platform. The underlying genomic file was a 30x Whole Genome Sequence (WGS), processed at clinical-grade depth, and includes both SNP/Indel and structural variant data. This report analyzes over 60,000 genes, focusing on brain health, cognitive performance, and neurodevelopmental traits. It includes analysis of variants related to memory, emotional regulation, intelligence, sensory perception, inflammation, and hemispheric integration. Several genes associated with rare or uncertain clinical significance are documented, and some traits suggest synchronized hemispheric brain function, which is extremely rare and often misunderstood. Many of the variants presented here are classified as novel, unmatched, or ultra-rare, adding weight to the theory that my genome represents an ancestral or basal human lineage, possibly predating modern population clusters. All data in this report is derived directly from my personal genome and analyzed through Sequencing.com’s licensed AI-powered genomics tools.
