PANDORA D7.1: Plan for dissemination and exploitation
Abstract
D7.1 Plan for dissemination and exploitation, is the first document of a series of reports that will be released by WP7. As the first one, it depicts the strategy of the project in that regard and outlines key strategic activities to be implemented during the course of the PANDORA project. In particular, the activities revolve around four major pillars: • Dissemination & Communication – It includes branding, production of marketing materials and use of digital channels such as the project website, social media and newsletters, besides the planning for events, workshops and other dissemination vehicles. • Exploitation & Adoption of Results – Ensuring AI adoption in the AIoT space through market analysis, competitive positioning, and the definition of Key Exploitable Results (KERs). The later phase focuses on market segmentation and a go-to-market strategy. • Collaboration & Networking – Building relationships with EC-funded projects, associations, and organizations with initial efforts on project awareness, while later stages will aim at commercial and strategic partnerships. • International Cooperation – Engaging in selective global partnerships that add strategic value to the project while optimising resource allocation.
