A Falsifiable Transition Bridge Between Quantum Microstructure and General Relativity
Abstract
This note defines a narrowly scoped, falsifiable bridge program between quantum microstructure and general relativity. It does not propose a new theory of gravity, modify Einstein’s equations, or alter quantum mechanics. The sole claim is that if permanent structure arises from stabilized quantum microstates, then macroscopic gravitational sources must be recoverable as a coarse-grained statistical limit of that microstructure. Three explicit breakpoint derivations are identified: recovery of the Newtonian weak-field limit, emergence of the equivalence principle, and covariant conservation of the effective stress–energy tensor. Failure of any of these conditions falsifies the underlying ontology. This note does not claim completion of the micro-to-macro derivation; it defines the minimal mathematical targets that must be met for such a bridge to exist. The work is logically independent and can be evaluated without accepting any broader ontological framework. It is intended as a concrete research prompt and falsifiability checkpoint for microstructure-based approaches to emergent gravity.
