Central Hub Addition
Abstract
The Climate-House System is a decentralized, nature-integrated infrastructure for climate resilience and food security in tropical hot zones. Climate Houses made of clay stabilize the microclimate through a hydrogen-steam cycle, reducing ambient temperatures by up to 5°C and creating productive growing areas. Optional Central Hubs process harvests into shelf-stable foods, while automatically collected environmental data can be marketed – with revenues going directly to the community. A cluster of 25 houses and 5 hubs fully sustains 45 people, stabilizes several hectares of land, and remains in community ownership after handover – with minimal external dependencies.
