Abstract
This thesis is devoted to the scientific study of evaluation criteria for the effectiveness of delivering social services through digital technologies. The research analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of digital transformation processes in the field of social services and examines the impact of using digital platforms and information systems on service quality, efficiency, and transparency. Within the framework of the thesis, a comprehensive system of criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of digital delivery of social services is proposed. In particular, service delivery speed, coverage level, economic efficiency, transparency, user satisfaction, and the reliability of digital infrastructure are identified as key evaluation indicators. Using qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, the interrelationship of these criteria and their impact on the effectiveness of social services are substantiated.
