Abstract

We derive the key parameters of cosmic recombination from icosahedral geometry with no free parameters beyond measured physical constants. The recombination temperature T_rec = 2977 K emerges from the factor 53 = E + F + D (edges + faces + dimensions). The recombination redshift z_rec = 8/α follows from 8 = F − V (faces minus vertices). The age of the universe t₀ = t_H × (F−1)/F uses the ratio 19/20. All predictions match observations to better than 99% accuracy. The number 53 is not arbitrary—it belongs to the rare class of integers n where the sum of the first n primes is divisible by n (only 4 such numbers exist below 1000), and 53 = F(10) − 2, where F(10) is the 10th Fibonacci number and 2 is the twin prime gap. We interpret recombination as cosmic crystallization, with the CMB representing latent heat released as electrons bridge to protons via 7-series geometry.
