Abstract

This paper presents a complete theoretical framework of coordinative gravity, proposing that gravity is not a fundamental force but a coordinative manifestation of cosmic motion. Supported by SPARC 175 sample analysis (χ follows normal distribution μ = 1.560, σ = 0.226), two universal modes (saturation/constant), quantitative equivalence with dark matter models (RMS deviation < 12%), and four falsifiable experimental predictions: CMB dipole modulation (Δg/g ~ 2.4 × 10⁻⁶), mode-dependent gravity (Δg/g ~ 10⁻⁸–10⁻⁹), acceleration-dependent G (ΔG/G ~ 10⁻⁴ at 100g), micron-scale gravity oscillation.
