Abstract

Abstract Aura is the post-semantic field of human presence that emerges when technical systems move beyond symbolic interaction into continuous, perceptual, ambient expression. Because aura encodes micro-timing, attentional rhythm, affective modulation, circadian entrainment, and embodied perceptual response, it forms a behavioral signature more distinctive than traditional biometrics. The Aura Boundary Law (ABL-1) defines the structural constraints required to ensure that aura cannot be extracted, serialized, profiled, predicted, or recognized. It establishes aura as an expressive, ephemeral, and non-identifying field rather than a substrate for behavioral surveillance. Where the Semantic Boundary Law (SBL) protects meaning, ASB-1 protects cognition, and the World Compatibility Layer (WCL) protects world-level stability, ABL-1 protects the human person itself. ABL-1 provides the minimum thermodynamic and ethical foundation necessary for ambient systems to remain humane, preventing the collapse of post-semantic technology into pervasive psychological monitoring and involuntary identity formation.
