Abstract

This package accompanies the manuscript “Autopoiesis as closure in a sheaf–topos calculus”. It provides executable toy computations for §2.3 (3-cycle cellular sheaf: construction of d0d^0d0, computation of ker⁡(d0)\ker(d^0)ker(d0), and dimensions of H0H^0H0 and H1H^1H1) and a minimal cochain-level demonstrator for §8 (connecting morphism δ\deltaδ shown explicitly as scalar multiplication by γ\gammaγ in a chosen basis). An offline interactive HTML visualization (Plotly embedded; no internet required) is included for exploratory auditing; it is reproducible by running the provided Python script.
