Abstract

For space-phase to operate coherently from Planck-scale confinement in atomic systems tomillion-year stability of galaxy-cluster-scale boundaries, the substrate must be capable ofdramatic, context-dependent adjustment of stiffness, memory, and structural response. Thisconversational paper explains how a single space-phase substrate can remain unified whileexpressing radically different effective properties at different scales. By invoking saturationdependent elasticity, history-dependent memory, and angular-mode conditioning, SP3provides a physically intuitive mechanism by which space-phase behaves like fine elasticmesh at atomic scales and like geological bedrock at cosmic scales.
