Abstract

Action research is a cyclical, often collaborative process for addressing a practical issue. Individuals or groups observe and frame a problem, plan and take action, monitor consequences, and adapt practice. Each cycle is recursive, continually deconstructing and reconstructing understanding, decisions, and ways of working in use.
