Quantitative Unique Continuation as a Rigidity Principle — RELEASE v1.0
Abstract
This deposit contains the complete, audited, and cryptographically frozen Genesis Release (RELEASE v1.0) of the Quantitative Unique Continuation (UC) Rigidity Program. The release consists of 11 research papers and 7 expert packets establishing: • An unconditional closure of the three-dimensional Navier–Stokes regularity problem via quantitative unique continuation and frequency rigidity (Route A, FP-Min).• A general rigidity framework for elliptic, parabolic, and hyperbolic equations under scale-critical, form-bounded coefficient control.• A universal UC pipeline (Carleman estimates → doubling → frequency → blow-up exclusion).• A complete taxonomy of rigidity-admitting systems (Class ℛ) and principled geometric obstructions (Class 𝒪), including a detailed obstruction analysis for the Einstein vacuum equations. The release includes a full dependency DAG, status matrix, SHA-256 hashes of all artifacts, verification and replay instructions, and a formal cardinality and ghost-paper audit. This Zenodo record constitutes the immutable, citable Release v1.0 of the Invariant Institute archive. Author: Joseph Scott Penman.
