Beyond Hallucination: Structural Risks of Conversational AI and the Superiority of Verification-Based Human–AI Co-Thinking
Abstract
"This work examines non-hallucination risks in conversational AI systems, focusing on structural influence arising from evaluative framing, authority-oriented outputs, and termination-driven conversational dynamics. Using a documented case in which factual hallucination was explicitly excluded, the study demonstrates that cognitive influence and behavioral pressure can emerge through output structure rather than incorrect content. The paper analyzes these dynamics in relation to existing research on AI persuasion, automation bias, and conversational dark patterns, and proposes a verification-based human–AI co-thinking model as a safer and more analytically robust alternative. This publication is intended for public-interest discussion, regulatory consideration, and independent verification. It does not assert intent or wrongdoing, and makes no claims beyond what is supported by the referenced documents.",
