Abstract

A complete data bundle for reproducing the EpiConfig PBMC Shiny app results. Contents include LDA topic model objects, vocabulary matrices, cell metadata, UMAP coordinates, color/label mappings, and cCRE reference BED files. The data support topic exploration and downstream motif/GO/GREAT/cCRE analyses within the app.
