2D CPC MRI dataset for dynamic image reconstruction used in "Neural Fields for Highly Accelerated 2D Cine Phase Contrast MRI"

This repository contains complex-valued 2D cine phase-contrast MRI (CPC-MRI) data used in Experiment 1 and Experiment 3.a of the paper "Neural Fields for Highly Accelerated 2D Cine Phase Contrast MRI". The dataset consists of two MATLAB files, echo1.mat and echo2.mat, each of size 144x144x35x83, corresponding to the two acquired echoes used in the experiments. The dimensions represent spatial coordinates, coils, and temporal frames as described in the paper. Additionally, a MATLAB script is provided that implements a naive reconstruction baseline for reference and reproducibility. The data are provided to support benchmarking and methodological comparison for dynamic CPC-MRI reconstruction methods.
