Abstract

This paper presents a non-perturbative classification of cosmic radiation based on theframework Axiomatic Physical Homeostasis and the resulting Geometric Constraint Dy-namics (GCD). Unlike standard models which categorize radiation solely by particlespecies, we categorize cosmic entities by their Associator Charge (qA) and their interac-tion with the vacuum’s Geometric Stiffness (β). We define three rigorous energy regimes:the Associative Regime (governed by Geometric Friction), the Transition Regime (the GZKCutoff), and the Topological Regime (governed by Stiffness Sublimation). We demonstratethat Dark Sector anomalies, including the Amaterasu particle and the 1908 Tunguska event, are Class II vacuum defects that detonate at a universal Stiffness Wall altitude of h ≈ 8.44km. We propose the Auger-Protocol to identify these events in existing observatory data.
