Proposal for an Ontological Framework in a 5D Meta-Spacetime: Unification of the MEI Triad, Viscoelastic Cosmology, and Temporal Neurophysics
Abstract
Contemporary physics faces a fragmentation crisis, evidenced by cosmological anomalies such as the "Hubble Tension" (JWST) and the "Hard Problem" of consciousness. This paper presents a Proposal for a Unified Ontological Framework founded on the indivisible interaction of Matter, Energy, and Structural Information (MEI_e). We postulate that observable spacetime (4D) is a dynamic foliation propagating through a Meta-Spacetime (5D) with viscoelastic fluid properties. Under this model, we redefine four fundamental pillars of theoretical physics: Ontology and Conservation: We introduce an Extended Conservation Principle (Ψ_Total), where thermodynamic entropy and structural complexity are transformable phases. Information is never destroyed but conserved within the global topology of the network. Cosmology of the Impulse ("Fa Jin"): We reinterpret the Big Bang not as a mathematical singularity, but as a Structural Impulse transmission event (Fa Jin). Cosmic expansion is modeled via impedance matching, where "Dark Energy" emerges phenomenologically as the variable viscosity (ζ) of the 5D medium, and gravity as the network's elastic tension. Time as a Negentropic Operator (I_t): Integrating Time Crystal physics and the topological analogy of the Rubik’s Cube, we propose that time is not a passive parameter but a dynamic algorithm that induces ordering cycles. Causal and Caused Consciousness: Supported by evidence of Time Reflections and quantum resonance in microtubules, we propose that consciousness is the fruit of recursive MEI_e interaction. It operates as a temporal mirror capable of manipulating neuronal medium impedance to access non-local information, acting as a reality organizer that collapses possibility into structure.
