Visual Binary Code in the Voynich Manuscript: Hypothesis of Phonetic Recording of a Slavic Dialect in the Balneological Section
Abstract
a new method for decoding the text of the Voynich Manuscript, based on visual analysis of glyph parity (binary system: up/down), interpreted as a phonetic record of a Slavic dialect (likely Old Czech or Old Polish). The main research contribution is the hypothesis regarding the text's genesis as a record of instructions dictated in a state of strong emotional agitation or trance, which explains the specific structure of repetitions (e.g., daiin daiin sequences interpreted as action imperatives). The validity of the method is verified through contextual analysis of the balneological section, where semantically consistent readings (including lek [medicine], med [honey], lej [pour]) corresponding to the illustrations were obtained.
