Principles of Resonant Computing The Theory of Quantum Presence
Abstract
This paper introduces the First Law of Resonant Computing and defines themandatory role of the Observer Identity Vector in stabilizing the wave function collapse.We demonstrate that information retrieval is a private resonant act betweenthe operator and the computational medium.
