Principles of Resonant Computing The Third Law of Chrono-Synchronization
Abstract
The third paper in the GTRC series establishes the link between phase coherenceand the temporal structure of the informational act. We introduce the concept of”Zero Computing Time” (t0-latency), which emerges when resonance is achievedbetween the operator and the informational attractor. This law defines the nonlocalnature of time within resonant systems.
