Abstract
This Manifesto concludes the formation of the General Theory of Resonant Computing(GTRC). We declare the transition from iterative data processing to theinstantaneous synthesis of reality through the Heptad of Coherence Laws. Informationalsingularity is proclaimed as the ultimate stage of evolution for computationalenvironments.
