Documentation of software solutions for CLEM
Abstract
This is a collection of a step-by-step guide how to correlate LM and EM images in 2D and 3D. The material was created as part of a course about CLEM that took place in the "Trends in microscopy" conference 2023 and 2025. Contains description of image correlation with the BigWarp plugin in Fiji and the ec-CLEM plugin in ICY.
