Abstract

Foundational theoretical framework / reference package The TUO Core: Global Saturation as a Necessary Condition for Physical Realizability This repository defines the irreducible structural and semantic core of the TUO (Theory of the Universe as a Wave) framework. It establishes global saturation as a necessary condition for physical realizability, independent of: - dynamical laws, - field content, - particle models, - or cosmological assumptions. The package contains three authoritative reference documents: 1. TUO Core — Physical Realizability, which derives the universal dimensionless saturation invariant $\mathcal{I} = \frac{V f^{3}}{v^{3}}$ 2. TUO Core Dictionary, which provides unified and definitive definitions of all concepts and symbols used throughout the TUO framework. 3. How to Read the TUO Framework, an official methodological guide explaining the logical architecture, scope, and correct interpretation of all TUO articles. This package introduces no new dynamics, no new fields, and no cosmological model. It precedes and constrains all subsequent TUO applications, including cosmological and vacuum-energy analyses (Articles V–VI).
