Abstract

This repository contains raw live-cell imaging data from scratch (wound-healing) assays performed on near-confluent WB-F344 rat liver progenitor cell monolayers with 4h intervals. The data were used to define reproducible post-injury transition phases that informed the selection of analysis time points in the associated manuscript.
