Abstract

Modern physics has reached a point where many of its most prominent unresolvedproblems are addressed by invoking unseen entities and abstract constructs rather thanphysical mechanisms. While this approach has preserved mathematical consistency, it hasalso led to a growing sense of stagnation among both physicists and the public. Thisconversational paper argues that denying intuition in the face of a stalled framework isitself illogical. Drawing on contemporary critiques by leading physicists and the intuitivefoundation described in the introduction to the Ebook: *The Space-Phase Universe*, thispaper makes the case that renewed progress requires a return to mechanism, physicalsubstrate, and logical investigation. The SP3 space-phase framework is presented as anexample of such a return.
