Abstract

Abstract The previous report defined a simple but disruptive premise:completion does not exist; only convergence does. This revision begins from the question that follows that definition:What changes when humans stop treating systems as completed, and instead recognize them as continuously converging? This report examines not accidents themselves, but the moment before accidents occur—the point at which human thinking pauses while reality continues to move. Rather than proposing prevention, optimization, or control, this revision focuses on a subtler shift:how responsibility, vigilance, and expectation changewhen 0.99999… becomes the cognitive default. The purpose of this revision is not to eliminate accidents, but to transform themfrom unforeseen disruptionsinto managed, anticipated phenomena.
