Resonant Inertial Mass Inversion and Environmentally Modified Electronic Screening in Periodically Driven Lattice Systems
Abstract
We examine resonant inertial mass inversion in periodically driven lattice systems withinestablished Floquet theory. Building on a recently introduced conceptual framework in whicheffective mass is interpreted as an environmentally defined response coefficient, we focus here ona technical extension concerning resonant driving regimes. When the driving frequency matchescharacteristic timescales of electronic motion defined by the lattice band structure, inertialrenormalization is strongly enhanced, leading to qualitative modification of effective electronicscreening. All discussions are confined to electronic and lattice degrees of freedom, with noassumptions regarding vacuum energy transfer, nuclear processes, or fundamental modificationsof known physical laws.
