A Unified Theory of Personal Work Methodology
Abstract
A comprehensive framework modeling human architecture as three operational substrates (Mind, Heart, Body) coordinated by emergent Consciousness, defining "The Work" as simultaneously satisfying all three layers through two fundamental modes: Learning (discovering Information and Methods via Input-Process-Output pipelines) and Using (executing transformations through Method application or direct Information use). The theory distinguishes four hierarchical concepts—Information (what is true), Method (how to make things happen), Knowledge (Information + Methods + practice-understanding), and Experience (embodied execution memory)—and establishes that these form a recursive refinement cycle where Knowledge and Experience continuously improve each other through conscious integration.
