We present a platform-agnostic replication protocol designed to operationally test whether time-ordering and schedule variables leave detectable signatures in trial-resolved quantum measurement records under Born-compliant marginals. The protocol is not a theoretical contribution, but a canonical execution standard: a minimal, fully specified recipe that enables independent researchers or hardware providers to generate publicly shareable datasets suitable for schedule-witness analysis. The protocol defines the minimum required access conditions for decisive execution, including trial-resolved ordering, explicit schedule control (delay, order, or rate), and deterministic segmentation or tagging at the execution or controller level. Under these conditions, the protocol can be executed within approximately 30 minutes of wall-clock experiment time, using a small fixed family of circuits and low shot counts. The design explicitly separates normative (decisive) execution requirements from degraded or partial implementations, clarifying which conclusions are and are not supported under limited access. The Starter Pack specifies: (i) a minimal circuit set (single-qubit mandatory, two-qubit optional), (ii) a small set of schedule variants sufficient to probe schedule dependence while preserving Born-stable histograms, (iii) a standardized output data contract defining public-shareable fields, and (iv) an optional verification procedure implementing a PASS/FAIL logic for schedule-witness generation. Absence of a detectable witness under partial or degraded access is explicitly non-falsifying and is treated as diagnostically inconclusive. This artifact is intended to function as a replication kit, benchmark protocol, and operational reference, decoupled from any specific hardware platform or access tier. By providing a clear and executable standard—rather than a narrative methods section—the protocol lowers the practical barrier to independent replication, supports clean attribution and citation, and enables direct evaluation of whether a given quantum execution environment satisfies the conditions required for trial-resolved schedule-witness generation. “This record is a replication protocol artifact (not a theory paper).”
