In response to the reviewer's comment, we have released the complete source code of PaleoGPT as version v1.0.1. This release supplements the original public repository with the previously unreleased components while preserving the implementation corresponding to the system evaluated in the manuscript. This release provides the complete source code of PaleoGPT and includes the necessary configurations and instructions for deployment and reproduction.
