Abstract
This study offers a doctrinal and analytical re-examination of legal liability theory under contemporary technological transformations, particularly artificial intelligence and digital systems. It proposes an integrative legal–technical framework that reconciles traditional principles of fault, causation, and accountability with algorithmic decision-making and automated systems, emphasizing judicial independence, evidentiary standards, and regulatory adaptation.
