Abstract

Datasets used in the study 'How to achieve gender parity in science? Providing global evidence on key educational and economic drivers'. They include data from Dimensions, UIS and WBOD for each country and year. Each CSV file corresponds to a specific region (East Asia & Pacific, Europe & central Asia, Latin America & caribbean, Middle East & North Africa, North America, South Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa), as well as a global dataset. For North America and South Asia there are two datasets, as their data had to be merged with Europe & Central Asia and East Asia & Pacific, respectively, for some analyses.
