SANN binary classification models to predict persisting Long COVID-19 symptoms at 36 months after hospital discharge
Abstract
The source files of the ML-based binary classification models to predict persisting Long COVID-19 symptoms at 36 months after hospital discharge; the input dataset is required to include following variables: SANN 14-14-2 (3 months + pre-discharge 6MWD) model: - Hospitalization duration = duration of hospitalization for acute COVID-19, days;- Age = age, years;- Weight loss = weight loss during acute COVID-19 phase, kg;- Creatinine = peak serum creatinine during hospitalization, µmol/L;- AST = peak aspartate transferase during hospitalization, IU/L;- CAT(3m) = COPD Assessment test score at 3 months;- CCQ(3m) = Clinical COPD Questionnaire score at 3 months;- MRC(3m) = MRC Dyspnea score at 3 months;- EFTER-COVID (3m) = EFTER-COVID Study Physical Symptoms score at 3 months;- SBQ-LC(3m) = SBQ-LC Memory, Thinking, and Communication score at 3 months;- PCFS(3m) = Post-COVID Functional Scale score at 3 months;- 6MWD(0m) = pre-discharge 6-minute walk distance, m;- Sex = sex (“1” for male, “2” for female). SANN 10-6-2 (3 months only) model: - Hospitalization duration = duration of hospitalization for acute COVID-19, days;- Age = age, years;- CAT(3m) = COPD Assessment test score at 3 months;- CCQ(3m) = Clinical COPD Questionnaire score at 3 months;- MRC(3m) = MRC Dyspnea score at 3 months;- EFTER-COVID (3m) = EFTER-COVID Study Physical Symptoms score at 3 months;- SBQ-LC(3m) = SBQ-LC Memory, Thinking, and Communication score at 3 months;- PCFS(3m) = Post-COVID Functional Scale score at 3 months- Sex = sex (“1” for male, “2” for female). Output codes include “No” for absence and “Yes” for presence of long COVID-19 symptoms at 36 months.
