Abstract

This article presents a consolidated forensic record of observational anomalies associated with the interstellar object 3I/ATLAS (C/2025 N1). Drawing on independent reports, discovery-phase data, and near-opposition alignment observations from January 22, 2026, the paper documents a structured set of deviations spanning orbital dynamics, composition proxies, morphology and rotational stability, non-gravitational acceleration (NGA) mass-budget requirements, and intermittent radio-frequency activity near the 1420 MHz hydrogen line. The work integrates and systematizes anomaly claims reported in the literature, including orbital alignment within the ecliptic plane, multi-planet timing coherence, compositional inversions (nickel-dominant signatures and extreme CO₂ abundance), geometric jet symmetry, rigid-body rotational behavior without fragmentation, and unexplained acceleration inconsistent with standard outgassing models. A dedicated appendix presents quantitative anomaly tables to support transparent comparison with canonical cometary expectations. The article does not assert origin, agency, or intent. Instead, it formalizes the deviation profile as a forensic dataset, identifying specific points where standard cometary and small-body models require multiple ad hoc assumptions to reconcile the observations. Institutional responses, including data classification and non-confirmation policies, are discussed strictly as indicators of unresolved explanatory tension rather than evidentiary conclusions. This record is intended to support continued high-resolution observation, model refinement, and disciplined debate regarding the classification of anomalous interstellar objects.
