Abstract

Supplementary materials for "M. Ziemczonok and K. Vanmol, “ Turning Light Into Matter: Programmable Microstructures Via Dose Control in Two-Photon Polymerization.” Advanced Optical Materials 14, no. 37 (2026): e71770. https://doi.org/10.1002/adom.71770": Slicer source code.zip contains the source code for the slicer (gwlparser.m) written in MATLAB and described in the publication. For usage see the (examples/examples.m) file. Refractive index calibration print job at PPGT2.zip contains files for refractive index calibration sample, meant for fabrication using PPGT2 system from Nanoscribe. Run main.gwl using DeScribe and adjust the laser power values as necessary. If you wish to change the hatching/slicing distances, you will need to voxelize the .stl file and run it through parser yourself. Dataset for the C. elegans figure presented in the paper, including the source 3D refractive index distribution, resin calibration file, resulting .gwl file, 3D refractive index reconstruction results and a CElegans.m file with the code for visualization and slicing.
