Abstract

This comprehensive series introduces the Frequency Fusion Model (FFM), a new paradigm in sub-atomic physics that redefines the vacuum as a 2.4D fractal aerogel lattice. Moving away from the "discrete particle" model, this research presents matter as a manifestation of topological and resonant dynamics. The collection includes four technical papers: The Up Quark: Analysis of the primary n=1 topological twist and mass induction. The Down Quark: Examination of the n=2 double-winding singularity and phase contraction (negative charge). The Musical Chairs of Chromodynamics: A mechanical explanation of "Color Charge" as a dynamic phase-swapping resonance within the baryonic core. The Proton Geometry: Derivation of spherical volume occupancy through the high-frequency rotation of triangular quark configurations. This work establishes the fundamental frequency threshold \Omega_0 \approx 6.34 \times 10^8 \text{ Hz} as the key to lattice-knot stability.
