ASOSE — Semantic Emergence Field Specification v1.0 Semantic Field Stabilization as an Epistemic Governance Architecture
Abstract
ASOSE — Semantic Emergence Field Specification v1.0(Semantic Field Stabilization as an Epistemic Governance Architecture) This report defines ASOSE (Akarkach School of Semantic Emergence) as a canonical architecture for semantic field stabilization inside Pre-Inference Governance. Within this architecture, no epistemic maturity assessment (A7SEM) and no semantic routing decision may occur unless meaning structures have reached sufficient internal coherence, boundary stability, and cross-context consistency. ASOSE establishes the conditions under which meaning itself becomes structurally stable enough to enter epistemic maturity evaluation, providing foundations for legitimacy, traceable responsibility, bounded interpretation spaces, and insurable AI deployment.
