Abstract

Biotransformation rate constants for 189 micropollutants in riverine biofilms in a machine-readable .xlsx file. Biofilms were colonized upstream (UP) and downstream (DW) of wastewater treatment plants in six Swiss rivers on glass slides over six weeks. Subsequent biotransformation experiments were conducted to determine the biotransformation capacity of each biofilm using biofilm suspensions from these glass slides. The summary, analysis, and interpretation of these biotransformation rate constants are published and available at DOI: xxx.
