Protocolo de Validación Soberana: Arquitectura TTA-D10Z sobre Sustrato de Materia Coherente (MCT) para NEOM/QATAR / Sovereign Validation Protocol: TTA-D10Z Architecture on Coherent Matter Substrate (MCT) for NEOM/QATAR
Abstract
This technical report (Code: MCT-PROTO-2026-X1) certifies the operational superiority of the D10Z architecture when running on the Coherent Matter Substrate. The document validates, through Landauer analysis, that MCT-based hardware eliminates the physical limits of traditional silicon. Validation Findings: Stress Efficiency: While silicon collapses upon reaching a spectral stress of sigma=0.9, the MCT substrate maintains linear scalability without hotspots. OPEX Reduction: Projected 99.9% savings in cooling systems for data centers. Phonon Decoupling: Empirical proof of the elimination of energy dissipation, allowing a state of "logical freezing." This protocol serves as the basis for hardware certification for critical infrastructure in NEOM and Qatar, under the architecture led by Jamil Al Thani.
