E-DBPP: Enhanced DNA-Binding Protein Prediction Using an MLP Ensemble with Optimized Embeddings

This repository contains the datasets, processed embeddings (ESM2 and FastText), trained models, and all scripts used in the study “E-DBPP: Enhanced DNA-Binding Protein Prediction Using an MLP Ensemble with Optimized Embeddings.” These resources enable full reproducibility of data preprocessing, model training, performance evaluation, visualization, and interpretability (LIME and SHAP).
