Abstract

Feminist Foreign Policy (FFP) that emerged in 2014 has created anew way of looking at the world of global diplomacy that has beentraditionally a realist and one that is male dominated with itstraditionally male 3S and power politics, to be only partiallysurrounded. This paper illuminates how FFP provides an alternativeview of international affairs in that it focuses on human security, gender equality and inclusive decision-making over nuclear power, military bases and the centrist view. The research is qualitative inapproach; the data is collected in various articles, journals, andbooks, and summarized based on the views of the researcher. Thepaper, through a comparative analysis of other states like Sweden,France, Spain and Germany, shows how FFP has incorporatedgender equality in the diplomatic agendas at the international scene. To conclude, this work demonstrates the importance of FeministForeign Policy as not only reforming diplomacy or making womenmore active, but also affecting the organization of the state, changing the priorities of national security to individual security, aswell as proving that Feminist Foreign Policy is not just paperwork,or a figurative term; it is a practice and can also be appliedeverywhere in the world.
