Abstract

This record provides a minimal, deterministic reference implementation of the Emotional Weight Engine (EWE), an architectural component of the Socio-Emotional Communication Engine (SECE). The implementation demonstrates extensible emotional constructs, qualitative weighting (qualia), persistence, resonance, and explainable state transitions in a transparent and evaluable form. It is intended as a foundational technical artifact to support inspection, reproducibility, and future integration, rather than as a production system. This work serves as a reference implementation accompanying conceptual and architectural SECE-related publications.
