Abstract

Initial public release of analysis code accompanying Biomarkers of recovery: characterizing trophic flow following ecological restoration. This repository contains fully reproducible R scripts used to process biomarker data, conduct statistical analyses, and generate figures supporting the manuscript. The code implements transparent, modular workflows designed to link trophic biomarkers to ecosystem recovery following restoration. All analyses are documented and parameterized to facilitate reuse and extension. The associated data are archived on Dryad (DOI: 10.5061/dryad.sqv9s4njd).
