PlotCODES- DeepCO2 Model Output These Python scripts generate 3 by 3 panels of year-round layer-resolved soil water-filled porosity (%), soil temperature (°C), CO2 production (µmol CO2 per mol soil air ) and soil CO2 transport (µmol CO2 per mol soil air ) across Forest, Edge, and Cropland sites. The scripts visualize depth-resolved simulation results alongside observed field measurements, enabling comparison of seasonal variability, layer-specific dynamics, and site-level differences, and supporting direct interpretation of model outputs under transient hydrothermal conditions.
