The Coherence Phase Hypothesis: Empirical Evidence From Competitive Cellular Automata
Abstract
Reference implementation and reproducible experiments supporting the Coherence Phase Hypothesis. Using competitive cellular automata derived from Conway's Game of Life, this work demonstrates that long-term dominance and viability emerge only within a bounded coherence phase window between over-optimization and over-randomization.
