This record contains supplementary CSV tables and analysis scripts associated with the PhD dissertation of Jeeda Ismail at Case Western Reserve University. The data include differential gene expression results and drug perturbation gene set enrichment analysis (dpGSEA) outputs derived from single-cell RNA sequencing data. The accompanying code reproduces the single cell adptation of dpGSEA described in the dissertation.
