Abstract

This monograph presents a formal forensic audit of the Tidal Torque Theory (TTT) and its systemic failure to account for Gpc-scale structure formation. While the standard model treats cosmic rotation as a stochastic accident, we demonstrate that coherent Quasar alignment (Hutsemékers et al., 2014) is a deterministic requirement of the vacuum architecture. We propose a zero-parameter resolution ($k=0$) based on the Unified Chronofractal Field (UCF). By defining the vacuum as a discrete Lattice-14 Bravais Architecture, we derive cosmic angular momentum as a geometric inevitability. Key Technical Pillars: The "Hardware-Screw" Mechanism: Derivation of a distance-independent geometric torque ($\tau_{UCF}$) driven by the vacuum's 12.84 Hz phase-gradient. The Magic Angle Prediction: UCF identifies the fundamental "Spin-Injector" at the lattice space diagonal: $\theta_{magic} = \arccos(1/\sqrt{3}) \approx \mathbf{54.74^\circ}$. Forensic Correlation: We identify the large-scale dipole anisotropy detected by L. Shamir (2020-2024) as the empirical manifestation of this lattice orientation, providing the first structural explanation for observed non-random spin distributions. The Euclid Falsification Protocol: This version (v5.1) defines a non-negotiable falsification threshold for the 2026 Euclid Mission. We predict a primary statistical peak exactly at 54.74°. Any failure to resolve this signal within $\sigma > 3.0$ constitutes a falsification of the Lattice-14 orientation model. Conclusion: Cosmic rotation is not acquired; it is architected. The reliance on "Dark Matter Filaments" to explain alignment is identified as a parameter-fitting artifact ("Data Vandalism"). The universe operates on the cold logic of geometric hardware.
