Abstract

This volume develops the consequences of structural non-closure introduced in Volume I. It shows how order, irreversibility, and effective asymmetry emerge from projection onto restricted observable subspaces. Projection is treated as an irreducible physical operation rather than an approximation or coarse-graining choice. The volume introduces the consistency functional and the induced correlational flow, demonstrating how structural ordering arises without fundamental time or dynamics. Irreversibility is derived as a consequence of information loss under projection, not as a thermodynamic postulate. This work clarifies the origin of effective arrows of time and establishes the conditions under which ordered and irreversible behavior can and cannot appear.
